I think everyone can agree that last year’s Batman vs. Superman was pretty disappointing. While we love Henry Cavill as Superman, the movie was trying way too hard to be gritty and dark. The highlight of that movie for us was the introduction of Wonder Woman. Gal Gadot’s portayal of Princess Diana left us wanting much more. Not too mention that awesome guitar riff that accompanies her!
While the upcoming Wonder Woman movie does not seem to have a lot of coverage, we do have two official trailers that leave us cautiously optimistic that this will be the movie that lets DC finally have something comparable to what Marvel has done.
