One of the gang over at /Film got the opportunity to sit down with Chris Pratt and discuss the role of the Guardians in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War movie, and we learned that any fears of the Guardians unique voice disappearing in the new film need to be laid to rest. According to Pratt, while James Gunn was directly involved in writing the script, he is an executive producer on the movie and had some involvement in ensuring that the characters remained true.
One other thing of note mentioned in the article is that Pratt references, “The Guardians that are in the movie” when discussing the Russo’s directing style, which makes us wonder… which Guardian may not be in the movie and what happened to them?
